Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Critter Camp and this website. By using Critter Camp, you agree to these Terms and applicable Apple App Store terms. Apple’s standard End User License Agreement may also apply unless a different license is presented through the App Store.

1. Personal use

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Critter Camp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported Apple devices.

2. Free and Premium features

Critter Camp may offer Free and Premium features. The intended v1 model includes Free gameplay, optional rewarded-video opportunities, and a one-time Premium in-app purchase that unlocks additional content and conveniences. The price shown by Apple at purchase is controlling and may vary by country or region.

A non-consumable Premium entitlement does not expire merely because time passes. This is not a promise of perpetual active development, perpetual compatibility with future hardware or operating systems, or indefinite availability of every online-dependent feature. The app may be maintained, updated, modified, or eventually discontinued subject to applicable law and Apple’s requirements.

3. Optional rewarded advertising

Free players may be offered optional rewarded advertisements for specific in-game benefits. An ad begins only after the player chooses the applicable rewarded-video option. Rewards are granted only when the advertising flow reports successful completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

4. Purchases, restore, and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Critter Camp uses StoreKit entitlement information to unlock purchased features and provides restore functionality where applicable. Billing, payment processing, and refund eligibility are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

5. Game progress and availability

Critter Camp is designed to preserve progress reliably, but uninterrupted operation, preservation of every local record, or compatibility with every future device or operating-system version cannot be guaranteed.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Critter Camp, interfere with its operation, circumvent purchase or advertising controls, exploit the service for unauthorized rewards or access, distribute unauthorized copies, use the service unlawfully, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Intellectual property

Critter Camp and its original software, artwork, characters, text, game presentation, logos, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant permission to use the product; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Third-party services

Critter Camp may rely on Apple App Store and StoreKit, optional Apple Game Center, Google AdMob and UMP, TelemetryDeck, and Cloudflare. Use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy notices.

9. Updates and service changes

We may add, remove, rebalance, or change Free content, Premium features, rewarded-video opportunities, puzzle availability, compatibility, and other aspects of Critter Camp, subject to applicable law and existing purchase rights.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Critter Camp is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Critter Camp’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using Critter Camp at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Purchased-content treatment remains subject to applicable law and Apple’s requirements.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Critter Camp evolves. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are posted.

Questions may be submitted through the Support page. A monitored contact address and final legal operator identity will be published before public App Store submission.
